Sometimes it’s just fun to try a makeup style inspired by a different decade! Here are some flawless makeup tips from the 70s from my makeup artist San Antonio experience.
• Focus on your skin being as smooth and radiant as possible. The best way to achieve this is by exfoliating and moisturizing well, and allow your moisturizer to absorb for five minutes before applying foundation.
• Mineral makeup is absolutely the best choice as a foundation to give a subtle glow to the skin.
• Top that with a bronzer dusted lightly over your complexion, focusing on the cheeks, nose, and forehead, which is where the sun would naturally hit your face.
• Use a warm blush color that matches your skin tone on your cheekbones, and for a radiant glow, try a cream blush that you can apply with clean fingertips.
• For eye makeup, use light and shimmering colors for a subtle application.
• Keep the lips as natural as possible, and use a slightly frosty color for a 70s look!
