To start out with, you don’t necessarily need to line your entire eye every time that you apply eyeliner. Avoid lining the inner rim of your lower lash line because not only does it make your eyes look smaller, but it can also irritate your eyes and potentially cause infection. An easy way to use eyeliner is to dot it throughout the lash line subtly so that your eyelashes look fuller and your eyes stand out. Perfect for day wear!
