Permanent makeup is something that is tattooed in the skin similar to a traditional tattoo. The most common uses are for eyebrows, eyeliner, or lip liner. However, many women taken a step further and do have natural tattooed cosmetics all over their entire face, including blush. When you do look in to permanent makeup, research all of the technicians available to you to make sure that they are the highest quality, especially when you consider that these tattoos are permanent or semi-permanent.

When you begin your treatment for your permanent cosmetics, they will use a topical numbing agent to numb the skin in the area that is being treated. The pigment or dye that you are using will then be tattooed into that area of your skin, penetrating to the first layer. This does give it the possibility of it fading over time, especially since your body sheds cells on a daily basis. This may cause the need for a touch up or retreatment of the tattoo later in life.

If you are looking for less hassle in your makeup application, then considering permanent cosmetics may be right for you with this information from my San Antonio makeup artist experience.
